Bank to Bank

Every Memorial Day weekend, Peace Frogs swimmers take to open water for the Bank to Bank Swim, a 2.5 to 3 mile crossing that has run the Ware River to Ware River Yacht Club and the York River from Williamsburg to Gloucester in past years.
Founded by Peace Frogs owner Catesby Jones, the Bank to Bank Charitable Fund supports disadvantaged children and infants with special needs in Virginia's Tidewater and Middle Peninsula region, including programs like the Rural Infant Services Program.
How It Works
Swimmers and relay teams take on the crossing while raising funds for the cause, traditionally committing to raise around $1,000 each to participate. Every dollar goes toward supporting local children and families.
